Who had not done any mistake in their life...........

Yesterday night, My wife told me a story of a king and an accused which she read into a short stories book.
An accused was brought into the court of a king and King was ordered the death sentenance to him then he reqeusted to king that he had a secret knowledge and before accepting the death sentence he wanted to give this knowledge to anybody who did not commit any sin in his lifetime and if any person who had committed any sin its lifetime, he will die next day.

King was agreed and he ordered to their court member but nobody was accept the challenge to learn the knowledge from the accused because they all remembered their sin which they had committed in their life time for any cause.

Even King also thought that how he cheated his father who was king and how he misused the state treasure and done the manipulation.

Then the accused asked the question to the king that if everybody who was present in the court had committed the crime or sin then why he was the only to face the judgement.

King was understood the meaning of the accused and he released the accused.

We are too much depending our lives to gizmos........

Yesterday When I was in office, my cellophone battery had been discharged and my phone went off. Then I recalled that I had to call a relative on a very urgent matter. I was stored their number to my phone and I called them on a regular basis but I have never remembered their phone number as I always thought that this is in my phone. I could not able to made this call entire day and when I reached at home, I recharged the battery and then only I made the call.
Why I am citing this example here -
- We are not utilising our brain power.
- We are depending on these gizmos.
- Somewhere we are losing the learning capacity of our brain.

Do some simple exercise to increase the memory power-
1- Count the table of 1 to 20 at any time of the day.
2- Rotate your hands on different directions.
3- Do meditation.
4- Try to learn all the important phone number, Bank accounts number, Credit card number etc.

What is ABO Blood Group ?

Whenever we go to our Doctor, they ussually ask about our blood group or even in our some important ID cards, We mention our blood group. Thanks to Karl Landsteiner of Austria who was awarded Nobel Prize in 1930 for his excellent contribution in Physiology for their discovery of human blood groups.

Because of this great medical practioner, today we are able to know our blood group as A,B,AB and O.
There are 8 Blood Groups - A+, A-, B+,B-, AB+, AB-, O+, O- and the +/- depends on Rh factor. Rh factor found on the red blood cell's surface. This is also an antigen and those who have it are called Rh+. Those who haven't are called Rh-. This Rh factor decides the +/-.

Interesting and useful things to know about Blood group
-AB can give blood to AB but receive from AB,A,B and O
-A can receive from A & O but can give to A and AB
-B can receive from B & O but can give only to B & AB.

What is the mystery in Bermuda Triangle?

Last week, When I was returned at home in evening and IBN 7 - News channel was flashing a breaking news about Bermuda triangle that some people were missing after visited this place. I have heard about the Bermuda triangle in my school day that there is a huge monster lived who ate all the things which passed by him. So, I searched some information about the same from the Net. Specially thanks to Wikipedia who has uploaded the information on their website.

The Bermuda Triangle , also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a region of the northwestern atlantic ocean. .
Christopher Columbus first experienced the the mystery of this bermuda triangle in the year 1492 and till date many air planes, ships and other surface vessels were graved into this triangle. The boundaries of the Triangle vary with the author; some stating its shape is akin to a trapezoidal covering the strait of Florida , the bahamas and the entire Caibbean island area and the Atlantic east.

There are many thories given for this bermuda mystery but till date , no theory is world wide accepted and whole world is unknown to the fact that exactly what is there in Bermuda triangle and why is it so frieghtening?

Today when we are reached upto mars , Our scientists are not able to solve the bermuda mystery. This is quite strange and scientists should do some research on the same and give their conclusion about the Bermuda Triangle.
I will collect more information on the above subject and share with you soon.

My Mother is our best Teacher..............

I love to read the spiritual books like Ramayana, Mahabharata , Gita, Sukhsagar etc. My mother used to tell us the stories of these ancients at our childhood. Her teaching style always admire me. Although she did not know how to read but she had a collection of these spiritual books and she owed these books from Maternal grandfather.
When we were started our schooling and learnt reading then she forced us to read the holy books when we were going to sleep and she set a routine that on night one of us read the books loudly so that everybody listened and she also explained the teachings in mid of the reading session.

This really imbibe and imparted all the stories of these holy books within ourselves right through our begining of our life.

She is a true fighter in every sense. Her committment towards family and husband was excellent. She is our real source of inspiration.

Today, whenever we saw any serial on Ramayana, Mahabharat or some other epic serial we thanks to our mother that we knew the story.

Her patience and unbreakable faith on GOD is remarkable.

We are really fortunate that God gave us such a wonderful and dear mother.

Respect to your parents because God can't live with everybody so they have given us the parents.

Is there any difference between Accuracy and Precision?

For any ordinary man , both the terms are equivalent but for those have an analytical brain, both the terms are very different.
Accuracy is actually closeness of agreement between observed value and known reference standard. In mathematical or statistical terms , it is also known as the central tendency which can be calculated as mean, mode and median.

But precision is the measure of dispersion between several individual observations of relevant quality characteristics. Precision describes consistency of the process and it is calculated by range and Standard deviation.

Little bit counfuse? Let me explain......

Suppose you are an archer or a shooter and you have to hit a target or a circle. If your bullets or arrow are not hitting the exact target but all the bullets or arrows are just hitting outside the target but all are in a same portion , it means you are precised on the target but if your bullets or arrows are near by target but all are scattered into different direction of the target , it is accuracy. if you hit the target, It is accurate and precised.

Don't take the office problems to your home and vice versa...................

One of my boss in my company said once to me ," When you leave your home and enter into the office campus or premise, think about the office and office only. At the evening, when you leave the office, leave your office worries at office. This will create a balance between your personal life and Professiona life."

I always remember his quotes but sometimes it is quite difficult to make a clear demarcation line between these two.
But atleast we should try to avoid the mixing up of these two lives, which we lives every day.
Followings are some tips-
- When you leave the home to office , Plan your day at office that How will you utilise the time in office to execute all the works.
- When you leave the office after office hours, think about your family that how well you are going to spent your time with your beloved ones.
- Problems are always there. Don't try to mix up these problem with another life.
- Don't show office fustration in home and home frustration at office. It will ruin your personal life as well as professional life.
-Try to find our the root cause of the problem and try to remove the bottlenecks.
- Be honest in every form of life.
- Try to develop the patience.

Three decades of my life- An Autobiography

On 27th July, I am going to complete my 30 years of my life. It means I have spent my three decades and this was a wonderful itinerary and I had learnt a lot which makes me a better and more mature person.
I can divide my life into three decades.
1st Phase ( 1978 -1988) – On 27th July,1978 day- Thursday God blessed my parents with a baby boy as me. I started my primary schooling from my village school and lived a normal and ordinary childhood. I was not very studious in my primary school day.
2nd Phase ( 1989-1999) – 1989 was a landmark year of my life because I was selected in Jawahar Navodaya School, Ranikhet where I did my Schooling from 6th to 12th. These years added some beautiful pages in my life and I really learnt a lot of things in my boarding schools which made me so strong and a good human being. I was a very good student in my school days and always ready to participate in every extra curricular activities of my school that was the reason , I got a special name from one of my teacher as “Diamond”. My classmates always remind me this name whenever we were in touch. After completing my schooling, I did my graduation from Kumaun University, Nainital in science stream from 1996 to 1999. I did very well in my school days.
3rd Phase ( 1999-Till date) – Year 1999 was the worst year of my life because I lost my fahter on 11th November,1999. He was my real mentor whose simplicity in every aspects of life always inspires me to do better and better in life. On 25th June,2000 , I landed in Delhi with a lot of hopes and dreams.
After two years of struggle in Delhi, I got my first Job in Faridabad where I spent my 4 & ½ Years. During my tenure with my first job, I also completed my MBA -IT from Punjab Technical University. Worst traffic Jam of Delhi - Who is responsible?

In addition to my previous posting regarding the traffic police, today I had faced thw worst jam session in Delhi of my 8 years. I took my charted bus at 9:10 AM from Pushp Vihar Stand, delhi and it took 2 hours to reach my office at Okhla which is just 7 Kilometer from this stand. This all happened with the traffic jam in Mehrauli-Badarpur road at 9:00 AM when all the office goers were going to their offices.

Traffic police is just seeing the jam and no active action were shown by these folks. We all in metro cities or cities faced this type of situation in day to day life.

Delhi Traffic Police - These guys are really pathetic- A real experience on Tuesday, 22 July,2008 at 9:15 AM

Today morning, I took my charted bus from Pushp Vihar Stand and after some distance, a traffic policeman stopped out bus and took the bus driver to their booth. As all the passengers were office goers and everybody was in hurry to reach their office. After minutes, when the driver not reached at bus, we decided to move from the bus and try for another bus then I suggested to visit the traffic police booth and around 15 passengers along with me just visited the traffic police booth. We tried to understand the problem but these guys were really pathetic and did not ready to listen our words. After some minutes arguments, they released the bus driver but till that time , we already got late.

Another late mark in my office attendance. I suggest some points to Delhi traffic police-
- Men ! Your job is do help the people, not creating the problem to them.
- Do your duty with perfect honesty.
- Try to understand the problem of common men.

I hope you all will gone through such type of trauma in your life with delhi traffic police. Guys! Now this is time, we have to raise our voice and these governments officials are there to help us not for creating the problem to common men.

An inspirational Quote of Muhammad Ali

"Champions aren’t made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill."

These words are very inspiring and encouraging. In every field of life where you want to excel or want to raise your bar, there are something which needs within you- Hardwork, determination , focussed approach, believe in almighty and a great will. These leads to a person to become the victorious from all odds. Odds are only the part of life and it teaches the lesson to an individual and give them the patience to handle or tackle the more challenges in life. Muhammad Ali or Casius Clay the great boxer of all time, descibing that will - strong will that a man can do wonders if he /she has the faith in themselves. Inbron assets or talent only exhibited when you think beyond your bars.

Keep reading and have a faith in yourselves because we all are special child of the omnipotent and almighty.

Which type of hat you are wearing ? Six Thinking Hats Technique

'Six Thinking Hats' is an important and powerful technique. It is used to look at decisions from a number of important perspectives. Every person looks a problem with their attitude and to get rid from the problem, every individual has its own style of solving the problem which was actually based upon his/ her traits, educational background, experience and attitude.
This tool was created by Edward de Bono.
White hat
With this kind of people always focus on the data available. Look at the information you have, and see what you can learn from it. Look for gaps in your knowledge, and either try to fill them or take account of them. This is where you analyze past trends, and try to extrapolate from historical data.
Red Hat
Wearing' the red hat, you look at problems using intuition, gut reaction, and emotion. Also try to think how other people will react emotionally. Try to understand the responses of people who do not fully know your reasoning.
Focusing the entire scenario in one shot is the characteristic of Red Hat people.
Black Hat
These are the individual who always looks for the flop side of the coin. It means they consider the bad effects first then the positive effect of the decision. This is important because it highlights the weak points in a plan. It allows you to eliminate them, alter them, or prepare contingency plans to counter them.
Yellow Hat
They are the opposite from Black hat. They always see the flip side of the coin. The yellow hat helps you to think positively. It is the optimistic viewpoint that helps you to see all the benefits of the decision and the value in it. Yellow Hat thinking helps you to keep going when everything looks gloomy and difficult.
Green hat
They are revolutionary. The Green Hat stands for creativity. This is where you can develop creative solutions to a problem. It is a freewheeling way of thinking, in which there is little criticism of ideas.
Blue hat
They are the people who are really responsible to control the problem. 'Blue Hat Thinking' stands for process control. This is the hat worn by people chairing meetings. When running into difficulties because ideas are running dry, they may direct activity into Green Hat thinking. When contingency plans are needed, they will ask for Black Hat thinking, etc.. They are always looks for the ideas from others.

When we started the paperless campaign at our company, Our objective was to save the paper to give our little contribution towards saving the trees.
today, Environment is a main concern and if we really not wake up in time, we are going to leave a very bad enviornment to our next generation. We have almosst used the non-renewable source of energy , We are responsible for deforestation all over the world which is really threatening to human existence.

When we started this campaign, it takes some time to convince the team that we are saving the trees and environment not the money then the people realised that it is for a good cause.
Since our campaign started in March,08, we are able to save almost 75000 -A-4 sheets which is equivalent to 9 trees. This is really a small contribution of us towards environment saving.
But We demand more and let us be the part of the revolution and save Water, Electricity , Paper etc to save the envrionment.

Know about VPN ( Virtual Private Network)?

VPN pronounced as separate letter of V, P N and it gives extremely secure connections between private networks linked through the Internet. It allows remote computers to act as though they were on the same secure, local network.
The virtual private network (VPN) technology included in Windows Server 2003 helps enable cost-effective, secure remote access to private networks. VPN allows administrators to take advantage of the Internet to help provide the functionality and security of private WAN connections at a lower cost. In Windows Server 2003, VPN is enabled using the Routing and Remote Access service. VPN is part of a comprehensive network access solution that includes support for authentication and authorization services, and advanced network security technologies.
What is VPN connections and how it is better?
VPN connections use either Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) or Layer Two Tunneling Protocol/Internet Protocol security (L2TP/IPSec) over an intermediate network, such as the Internet. By using the Internet as a connection medium, VPN saves the cost of long-distance phone service and hardware costs associated with using dial-up or leased line connections. A VPN solution includes advanced security technologies such as data encryption, authentication, authorization, and Network Access Quarantine Control.
Using VPN, administrators can connect remote or mobile workers (VPN clients) to private networks. Remote users can work as if their computers are physically connected to the network. To accomplish this, VPN clients can use a Connection Manager profile to initiate a connection to a VPN server. The VPN server can communicate with an Internet Authentication Service (IAS) server to authenticate and authorize a user session and maintain the connection until it is terminated by the VPN client or by the VPN server. All services typically available to a LAN-connected client (including file and print sharing, Web server access, and messaging) are enabled by VPN.
Why we use VPN ?
- If you are at home and want to access your computers at work. You can do it with the VPN Secure connection.
-As VPN is a secure connection, so, there is a minimum possibility of taping it.
-If the VPN client software is installed in your laptop, you can access your company's working at any part of the world.

What is "IMEI" Number on Mobile phone and why it is so important?

"IMEI" number stands for The International Mobile Equipment Identity. It is a number unique to every GSM and UMTS mobile phone. It is usually found printed on the phone underneath the battery and can also be found by dialing the sequence *#06# into the phone.
The IMEI number is used by the GSM network to verify valid devices and therefore can be used to stop a stolen phone from accessing the network. For example, if a mobile phone is stolen, the owner can call his or her network provider and instruct them to "ban" the phone using its IMEI number. This renders the phone useless, regardless of whether the phone's SIM is changed. Many chinese phone does not contains the IMEI number and it is avaiable in grey market. But beware to buy these phones because these are not genuine phone.

Why I used to be a part of the visiting faculty of a Management Institute?

I have done my MBA in Systems and I have a good career too. But I have joined an Institute to teach the MBA students - Quantitative techniques and Production Management. My intention to teach these students is not the monetary benefit Which I am getting. But it gives a lot of exposure and interaction with the new management aspriants and their expertise and questions really help me to expand my canvass and getting my knowledge more wider. I am teaching them but they are giving me the return in the form of their experience in life.

I used to teach them on Sunday and this is really a very good experience for me. These three hours gives me satisfaction that whatever I have learnt during my six years experience in various companies , I am sharing with them.

What this IPL( Indian Premier League) gave the lesson to Corporates?

Rajsthan Royal led by Veteran leggy Shane Warne bagged the first IPL trophy and accounted 4.8 Crore rupees. This win of Rajsthan Royals gaves so many answers to corporates house that nobody is under dog. The collective effort, passion to prove the worth can make a huge difference to get the success. In the starting of the league, Rajsthan Royals were nowhere and nobody was expecting that this low profile team will win the tournament. But Shane Warne proved that if a leader has the clear intention and have faith in him and keep focussing the target and united the team in one, anything can possible.
To summarise this IPL, As a management professional followings things are emerges as learning

What is the perfect age for career planning?

Career planning is an important decision for any individual and it decide the path for you in your professional arena. This is always a big question to everyone that What should be the ideal age for career planning?

In my opinion and my experience in life insist me that there is no age bar for career planning. Whenever you feel that you are sailing into a wrong boat or you are not taking the interest in your current profession or you are not able to give your cent percent to the current profile or profession, This is the best time to look within yourself and do you SWOT analysis ( Strength-Weakness-Opportunities- Threat analysis) and then decide in which direction you want to take your life.

Age not restricted to you to do your career planning. KFC founder started his business after 60 and today what a success he has.
There are many people who initially started there career in a wrong direction and once they feel that they are not following their intution they shift their gear and change it and chose the right path to take their career in new heights.

An individual is the best judge of himself/herself and he /she knows the strength and weakness of their own. The world has so many opportunities and it requires only a brave move and beleiveing yourself.
Once again, I want to state my quote that " Explore your wings, sky has the limit."
My dear readers, It is not too late. Plan your career in a better direction where you control everything.

Live your day like a full life.............Make best out of it

Yesterday was gone and Tommorrow will never come in once life. The only things is - Today. So, Living in today is the best policy to live the life in its fullest. Treat everyday like a new life given by Kind GOD and extract the best out of it.

Treat the morning as your childhood. Grown up in the afternoon, show your maturity in the evening and at night, relax and recall your whole day and remember good things to make you happy and analyse the bad things, plan to eliminate them in next day.
Every day has the four phases as life has. Try to utilise the whole day in a productive manner and try to spent quality times whatever you do in the day. Try to bring smile on another faces.
We are human because God loves us so deeply, that is the reason He has given one chance to prove our worth and make him proud.
Flip-Flop is a part of life and accept it and beleive that everything will be fine at the end of the day.
I remember one quote , I have read in my school days that " Whatever we are today, because of our yesterday and whatever we will be in future just because of today. Now it depends on us how we utilise our today."

Say " cheers" to life and enjoy.

What happened with your appraisal ?

April is month when all employees are looking forward for their appaisal and start day dreaming for a good salary hike and promotion and when it comes to end and start of may, most of the people got the peanuts and we felt frustrted and we start taunting to managment and bosses. This happen and this is a crucial of our professional life.
I must congratulate all of the people who got above than 30% hike and my good luck for those who are in between 20 to 30. My good wishes are with them who only made it possible to 10 to 20% and my real sympathy with those employee who could not make to possible to cross the barrier of 10%.

But till date, you all have the increased salary in your account and most of the people spent the increased salary too.
But this is professional life and whatever comes your way , accept it and do the hardwork once again. Bole to, Bapu ne kaha hain.................................Rest of the things you can easily understand.
Try to organise yourself, set your target and hit it hard.
May GOD will pave the success life for you.

This is a realy good film and Ajay devagan showed their real mettle in his directoral debut in this film. He had given a clear message to the society that If a person suffered from any disease, it does not mean that you separated him/her from the family and sent them to asylum. How many years & hours we live , if we live for 60 years.

Let us suppose , a man /woman lived for 60 years then the followings are the details of your life itinerary in mathematical terms- Total days = 21900 days in 60 years
Total hours= 525600 Hours in 60 Years
Hours spent unusable Initial 5 years as child Total days= 1825 Days
Total hours = 43800 Hours
Then 15 Years of schooling or college Total days = 5475 Days Total hours = 131400 Hours
8 hours of sleeping in next 40 Years Total hours = 116800 Hours
8 hours of working in next 40 years Total hours = 116800 Hours
2 Hours in wasteful things in next 40 years Total Hours =29200 Hours
Total hours we spent on other things Total hours= 438000 Hours
The total hours for ourselves
Total Hours – our spent hours = 525600 ( in 60 Years) – 438000 ( In 60 Years)
