Track your customer- A mantra to retain customer

Customer is the bread butter for any enterprise or any business. Without customer, no organiastion can sustain. Customers are generally classfied into three categories- a) Unsatisfied customer, b) Satisfied customer, c) delighted customer. All of the customers are equally important to any business in different prospective and a company must have formulate the strategies to make the best use of these customer.
Unsatisfied customer are very useful to introinspect the companies service or products and by adopting this, we can improve the service or products quality, service.
Satisfied customer gives us the aura of our comfort to enjoy our success but the companies strategy should be like that how these can be converted into delighted customer.
Delighted customers are big boon to any organisation or enterprise to grow because these customer not only widen the new customer but becomes the loyal customer to your service or products.
Retain your customer in any price because it is neccessity of today's competative world.
I am a delighted customer for LG because I am using the TV which gives me the best output at par with my expectations.
I am saisfied customer for Whirlpool because the washing machine is OK to me.
I am a dis-satisfied customer of Samsung because the mobile phone I was using is not as per my expectations.
Keep focussing on your customer because in today's world customer becomes vigilant and he keeps his eyes & ears open.
