After the office hours, I went to my bus stop at C-Lal chowk near Okhla Phase -II , Delhi to catch my bus to reach my home. Every bus was crowded so I have decided to sit at my bus stand. When I was going to sit at bus stop stool, my foot was crossed with a tree which was planted near the bus stop bench. One old sardaar was sitting in the bench and He was watering the plant. When i was asked him " why he was doing this?"
He replied," Look, This tree is planted under the shed and no drops of water is reaching to this plant. Due to lack of water , it can be dried soon. I am just watering it to keep it green." and when he poured all the water to the plant's root and he stood up and went to bring some more water from the water seller vendor and paid some money to him and instructed him to give the water to the plant after every alternative day and he will pay the price for it.
I really touched. when I enquired him then he told me that he is a government employee and plantation is his hobby and he has planted many trees in the park and other areas where ever he found some space. HE enjoyed to see them growing.
We are living in today because of some great known /unknown people who really make this world very beautiful.
Let us cherish and do something for humand kind.

What is perfect salemanship?
One week ago, One of my friend decided to purchase a 21" Color TV for his home. He is already having one samsung TV and want another for his drawing room. When we met in a satuday night he told me about his decision. He told that he was going to bought another samsung tv . After some time , we finished our dinner and we four friends who are highly educated and MBian have decided to go to Mohan Lal market to purchase the TV and all are decided to bring the Samsung TV.
When we entered into the showroom, one salesman showed us different kinds of TV of various manufacturers and the salesman was so smart that all are decided to purchase the Panasonic TV.
He convinced all of us so smartly that our decision went into the favor of Panasonic. He compared all the TV so smartly that all of us decided to GO for panasonic with a higher rate. When we brought the TV into his house and compare the TV with exisiting Samsung TV we felt samsung is better than Panasonic.
We all saluted to this salesman that if he can changed our pre-determined mind of all of us MBians then how smartly he can sell the things to other people? Whenver I visit to my friends home, I salute the salesman and tortured my friend that if you are a marketing man , and you can divert your decision after hearing such woderful words of a salesman than other people have no option to hear him.
This is true salesmanship.

Experience matters...............................A must read story
A giant ship engine failed. The ship's owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure out how to fix the engine. Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was a young. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully, top to bottom. Two of the ship's owners were there, watching this man, hoping he would know what to do. After looking things over, the old man reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer. He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine lurched into life. He carefully put his hammer away. The engine was fixed! A week later, the owners received a bill from the old man for ten thousand dollars."What?!" the owners exclaimed. "He hardly did anything!" So they wrote the old man a note saying, "Please send us an itemized bill." The man sent a bill that read:
Tapping with a hammer.............................. $2.00
Knowing where to tap ...............................$ 9, 998.00
Effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort in your life makes all the difference!! .
Cheers to life and learn from everything.
